Subject: Energy Efficient Wet Systems

Content: The seminar deals with the well known problems created in the commissioning phase and how it will not take place with correct water management utilising efficient and effective deaeration to eliminate delays and setbacks to the Hand Over date. Also by installing the SpiroCross not only deaeration and dirt separation are included but also the Low Loss Header so reducing costs and footprint within a restricted plantroom.

Correct pressurisation incorporated with the above will fully control the water quality and pressure, all within the control of one supplier, so reducing the dependency on inhibitors.

The End User will benefit from a totally efficient system for life showing great savings in reduced repairs and renewals along greater energy efficiency at the heat exchanger.

We are currently undergoing tests with BSRIA regarding increases in system efficiency in addition to energy saving, resulting in better control of the building environment.
